
Jean is a seasoned executive with a diverse career in international sales and marketing in high technology, which includes positions in San Francisco Bay area and Paris, France. He has a proven track record of growing profitable business units and enhancing shareholder value for such companies as Fulcrum Technologies, Control Data Canada and Ivation Datasystems (now Beyond 20/20). Jean holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and an MBA, and is a Director of the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
Peter has acquired an extensive body of technical knowledge over almost 20 years working for such luminaries as Apple, Motorola and Tektronics. His skills and expertise lie in the management of multi-vendor and cross-functional engineering teams tasked with development of complex electronic products from design phase to market release. Peter has undergraduate and graduate degrees in EE as well as an MBA.
John Chapman has been Guardian's CFO since 2006. He has previous experience at Amdocs Canadian Managed
Services and has held various positions at Bell
Canada and BCE companies in the areas of Finance, Human Resources and
Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical Engineering)
and a Masters in Business Administration. Mr. Chapman is a
member of, and holds professional designations, with the Association of
Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario and the Association of Management Accountants of
Ontario.
Johannes co-founded Northwood Technologies Inc. and guided it from a 2-person services firm to a 90-person wireless OSS software company that was subsequently sold to Marconi plc. Joh has extensive experience integrating location and wireless technologies into high-value niche products.
